Every Braked Model Spitfire Trailer, be it a 1,000kg ATM or a 3,500 kg ATM is built on our Certified 3,500 kg chassis....The only difference between a 1 Ton trailer. and a 3.5 Ton trailer is lighter suspension, axles, wheels and tires etc, to give comfort to the load.... BUT A SUPER STRONG CHASSIS.

We believe Spitfire Trailer Corporation Limited is the only aluminium boat trailer maker to both harden and anodise boat trailers.
Why do we do this ?
Anodising breaks the electrical conductivity that is necessary for electrolysis.
Hardening raises the strength of Grade 6061 from T4 to T6.
What is our process ?
First we extrude, then cut to length and CNC drill, then bend to shape, then harden, then anodise.
This means the chassis rails are hardened in their already bent shape and the anodising is inside and out... even anodised inside the bolt holes.
If the metal is not Anodised & Hafdened Aluminium, it is 316 stainless Steel.
